Fixed some instances of Gauntlet rewards not being calculated correctly.

This has happened to me since the interim gauntlet, and that one cost me the one valour tal I needed for the set

If this happens send a ticket. I had the same issue and contacted the support team. Problem solved in less than 24 hours. This time things went smooth, I got the right reward

I got the wrong ones this time too. I mean it's only a difference of 10 fragments but then again if the season ends and I miss the Mariner by 10 fragments I'm gonna be pissed. Hopefully it will get sorted out.

I did get my rewards from the Gauntlet but I did not receive my rewards for the Arena this past week. Got to Duelist 2 and no rewards have popped up yet.
Sent in a ticket 2 days ago and no reply yet.

It usually takes a few days. I have a ticket in for wrong gauntlet rewards. As long as you got a confirmation, you should get a response soon.

CS finally got back to me. They adjusted my account with the missing rewards. I asked a question about those missing frags costing me an opportunity at Redan. There was no response. That speaks volumes...

How do you get a confirmation ? I sent a ticket the day new gauntlet started (got the wrong reward as well with last gauntlet) but havent heard back yet and I dont recall having a confirmation

Usually there is an automated confimration e-mail that they received your request. I just received my missing gauntlet rewards, so hopefully you hear back soon.

Ohh ok thx. Lost the password of the email I gave when I registered my account but good to know they adjusted your reward. Their support seem efficient from what I’ve heard and even experienced in the past. Hopefully they’ll give me the right reward aswell.

OK—this is screwy. I got SS rank 414. I should have at least ranked in the higher S grade), but I only got the fragments of AAA grade (not even S1 or S2) and only got 25 Frontier Coins. This needs a fix! I would have had the Ancient Mariner, but now because of wrong rewards I’m at 485/500. :)

Same here - rewards were for one level worse than I finished. Email support, and they'll fix it for you.

Wrong rewards here too, I'm honestly getting used to it, sending a ticket to the support team is part of the process of receiving the rewards when a rotation arrives. I figure I'm about to send the 4 or 5 ticket...

But well, at least this is a problem that is always resolved with attention and considerable speed, it is only getting very repetitive.

And I noticed one thing, now to get a complete set of talismans, do you need to reach S + #rank level? Is this intentional?

Mine were a grade less also, but I had enough for the Mariner so I didn’t give a rats ass. Figured it wasn’t worth the bother. Games so effed up it’s actually comical at this point.

I wonder how it is even possible to fuck this up ? Take a snapshot of the ranks at gmt+0 and distribute rewards accordingly. Can't shake the feeling it's intentional. A large fraction prolly doesn't even notice, and of those who do another large fraction doesn't bother to send a ticket.

Yes it indeed smells! I also had to send a ticket like 4 of the 5 last gauntlets and this time aswell.

The "good" thing is we can just forward the mail from 2 weeks ago and only change the screenshot with your Gauntlet stats. I normally also add a screenshot from the popup where we can claim our Gauntlet rewards just to be sure. Integrate at least the one with your stats and they normally can fix it within a few days!

Careful with gauntlet today. It's very buggy. I had a battle last 1 hour and no damage on either side. I shut down to end the monotony and of course lost. After that I've lost many good teams to that battle. The team was Benji, Gunner Krampus, Madame and Osiris. For me it's the 3rd battle in SS.

I haven't heard yet either. Last time it took them about a week to fix it.

I hope it's sooner this time because thanks to the Ancient Mariner fragments being in the event store, I'm only 10 short of getting him....the 10 fragments I should have gotten already haha.

This was my initial thought. How coincidental that we receive less rewards, AMariner will be going away and a season ender pack go on sale.... $40 a pop for those that aren't paying attention!

I had the wrong reward for 3 consecutive gauntlets and 2 days ago they fixed all 3 at once. Took some time but they fixed them all. With all the complaints I’m sure it would take less time to just fix the gauntlet rewards but I was assured they’re working on it.

i received my missing rewards in game on the 8th with an email letting me know they would be in the game. then another email about 2 hours later closing my ticket. took me 5 days to get a response/resolution.

Depends on what rank you had. I think that sounds about right for rank higher than 2000, but lower than 3000 (first level).

Infinite dreamer listed the higher level AAA rewards.

I also got the wrong rewards again. In general I like traditions, but this one is getting really annoying.

Even more annoying is the silent change for the rewards steps. It used to be the way that reaching AAA gives one full set of tallis. And I think top 50 was supposed to give 2 sets (don't remember exactly). Really bad and unnecessary! I thought it was a bug at first, but apparently it's wanted and fits to the negative changes of the last weeks. Stop taking the fun out of the game!

It's rather simple:
Write a Mail to support@ironmaidenlegacy.com
Say that you received wrong Gauntlet rewards and ask them to fix it
Important: Attach a screenshot showing your Gauntlet statistics (bottom left button). On that screenshot your in-game name-ID should be visible as well.

If you do attach the screenshot they can fix it directly without asking you for information. Normally it takes a few days, last time it was longer (almost 2 weeks in my case).

Trust me, I had to do this 6 times now...


@ ALL OTHERS:
Please do it aswell, even if you only lost some "unimportant" frags. I get the impression that nothing will change if players start to accept that they get less than deserved!

You're welcome!
With the frags it is rather easy to oversee that you missed some - but of course not in your case when you know how many frags you need to get the character!
For me it was also easy to see, because I pushed myself to clear AAA to get 3 hex - I don't really need them, but getting 2 would make absolutely no sense. So I cleared AAA just 8 minutes before reset and could wait for the rollover to take place.
BAM - congratulations for your rank, here are 2 hex Talis :mad:

As this happens almost everytime now, I prepare myself for it. Also, I take 3 screenshots in total (if I am in the game close to rollover): one close to rollover showing the ranked awards with my actual rank in the middle (so that I can see what the rewards are for the tier below...and above - lol as if this would happen as a bug), one showing the congratulation popup (with the wrong rewards usually) after rollover and then the third one with the statistics for the mail. Sometimes I send all 3 so that I can be rather sure that they can correct it easily.

I finally got the right rewards this week. I finished 57th overall, I wonder if the errors come when you are closer to the back side of the cutoff. Like if I had been 49th, the cut off is 50.... maybe then the rewards get screwed up?

I havent been able to determine any reasoning on this, other than they are just randomly doing it and hoping you dont notice or dont care enough to submit a ticket. I submitted a ticket i think the last 3 in a row, now i got the right rewards, maybe you just need to make sure you push the issue every single time.

Oh also, it is far better i think to use the in-game support ticket rather than just sending an email. The support ticket generates a pile of info from the game that they can use to help resolve the problem and that is attached to the email when submitting it.

This bug was reported months ago, definitely fix is not priority.

First time I contacted support for rewards correction had take 2 days.

Second time 6 days.

Now, it is 3 days and counting.

That happened to me today on challenges event. Wrong fragments number for steps advanced on actual challenges. I've complete 48 victories till now (10 victories 4x50; 25 victories 1x100 = 300 fragments), but on Book of Souls I have only 150 Gnosis fragments.

I sent my support ticket in the day after I recieved Mariner fragment 10 short, which means I couldn't claim him.
Waited a week and sent them a reminder. Have never heard a thing back.
They know how to charge for stuff in this game they're right on the ball with that, but seems now like if you have a problem they don't want to know.
Only when the player numbers drop a significant amount will they take note and get this crap sorted.
Had two historic cases that needed a ricket, both sorted in 2 days. What's with these people?
I'll keep pestering..

I think they didn't want me to go further than SS.

You never targeted Charlotte, but my guess would be that she is wearing the red saint talisman... it revives the first ally killed. however, it is supposed to give the revived ally invincibility and HP regen... so im not sure.

I also do not have an answer yet, but I was late with my ticket (thursday). This was because I was exactly #500 and hence I was unsure which tier is the right one. I got 5 tallis, but if #500 means #500 and better I should have gotten 6 tallis I think. If #500 means #499 and above, I got the right rewards for almost the first time ever :D

So far I did not use my set, but they were no problem on the enemies in pvp, they just extend the fight - which is awful!

Send them screen shots of your ending rank and the rewards you received. They will fix when they get around to it...

It's best to send a screen shot of your stats. It shows where you finished at. I got the wrong rewards again as well. Another set of necropolis. I think I'm just going to keep them for now. Not sure....

AAA was only 4, but if like me, you got one level down in AAA, the you miss out on the FC, which is always worth a ticket about imo. If you have any evidence from the previous gauntlet (screen cap) then thatd be more worthwhile as then youd have 2 full sets at least.

Not convinced how awesome they are though. I still reckon my FFE does better with mythical eternals than the overwhelming frontier talismans....

I didn't push much at gauntlet this time. Needed to get 7 talis to finish a set from the previous round and get another. Guess what... got 6. Although according to the game I finished #190 and SSS. Sent a ticked but didn't make screenshot, I hope they give me back my talisman. Probably will die otherwise, haha. Dammit, one just can't take it easy with this game.

I don’t know what they did but it sure as heck didnt solve anything. Ranked 268 and got master3 reward instead of 2
Once again I’ll have to write my biweekly email to get the right reward (the one sent 2 weeks ago hasnt been answered yet, yay).

hmm, mine has been OK since the 'fixed' it (touch wood).... Have you all done a clean reinstall recently? I was forced to and I found my game size dropped significantly. I wonder if maybe there was something in that, that helped me?

I got the correct rewards this time! I never did a clean reinstall apart from a phone change >2 years ago. For the records: I went through AAA and stopped in S without doing a battle in the S tier.

Guess I just don't understand why anyone still does gauntlet when you have to file a report that you got screwed, again. And again. And again.
Then you wait a couple weeks to get the correct rewards.
First report of this was over three months ago.

Have you not figured out that the devs don't give a shit about fixing this bug?

My rewards are from where I finished when I quit trying to play. I still want my correct rewards, but really don't care. I have 2 more full sets of Necropolis talismans and no new toons to put them in. I'm hoping (but not holding my breath) that the game will get better. I was going to the post office today and thinking this is a big pipe dream. I still love the game concept and graphics, but the bugs are too much anymore. Plus, overpriced unobtainable without real money stuff, just had me finding the brakes. Let's see what transpires over the next couple of months...
