Is assassin banshee available in any souls at the moment? Had a look and cant see her anywhere

Assassin and gunner banshee are exclusive to shrieking souls. You can still get those souls with blood fragments. According to the Sound of sacrifice event, they're going into the heroic soul rotation eventually.
