Assassin Hellraiser

Where does Assassin Hellraiser come from. I thought I had this character, but I do not. I see it all over the arena, so it exists, but I did not see it once during the sac event and I believe I got literally every other toon in the game from that event.

Good question. I got one and thought they came out of normal souls, but that just the other colour ones. Wouldnt mind a second one tbh!

I posted this earlier; they came with the Gunner Trickster in the Gangland Fragment Event in November. They haven't been added back to normal souls or heroic souls yet.

You've posted it in the death alley thread. I replied there, but I'll repeat here as well. I've got one and I'm pretty sure I pulled him from a heroic soul since I saced everything I've obtainted in the gangland event.
