Is he worth 3500fc? He has not given me too much trouble in guantlet or arena when facing him.

3500 is literally how many fc I have saved. Would not want to waste them.

Might be worth adding I do not have Set, Osiris, or redemption or avenger talisman sets. I was close to pulling the trigger on some of those things.

I don't think he is. I think Osiris and the Avenger talis are more useful but just me opinion...

Atleast we got tons! of FC through the last months.. 3,5 is nothing, i got everything from the FC Store (plus the beast..) and still sitting in 9000 FC..

100% Muzzleloader! Personally he is just another trophy. He has not been viable in Arena since JJJ ran two of them on defense. I have plenty to spend and could almost buy two but I would like to see what the next events hold as FC may be something worth holding on to still.

The price is not too unreasonable considering how much easier FC is to acquire nowadays.

I'm at 500, because I had to buy so many toons because of this nice RNG 😂. Missing Isis, Seth and now The Beast. 7000 FC...and new toons are coming for sure!

Beast is a joke. Once you get to a certain level he's jsut Wrath's older brother with slightly more power.. but he's no match for most, if not all, characters released after him.

And I waste FC on souls to hit some tiers during sac events :)

3500 FCs is a lot. And, The Beast's best days may be behind him (though that's an easy change with a simple tuning adjustment).

But, this was still the easiest Store decision in the history of the game for me. I had a ton of FCs stashed, just waiting for this kind of day. The Beast is an icon. And, 2.5+ years of waiting . . .

I had to wait 3M downloads to finally get him ! Easy decision for me aswell. Glad I saved enough FC to get him. After wasting more than 50 heroic souls last time he was in rotation, this was finally my chance to get my hand on him. So long Alexander, you will probably be next lol

The beast hasn't been intimidating since Alexander Eddie came out.

With where he is in the meta he is closer to 1,000 or 1,500. 3,500 would be acceptable if he was a meta breaking character but he is not and will only be used in Gauntlet and possibly auto grind. Time for a boost to his power to compensate for the price,

Once you have some game time under your belt everything gets easier to acquire, before you could only get FC from claiming eternity souls, trooper souls and lilith souls. Now they are being offered in a variety on events.

Most of the people that have stores of FC have been playing years. They also have banked all the game resources needed for all upgrades/evolves and misc purchases.

The Death Alley event was dropping FC at times.. so was the hearts sac event. I think I picked up roughly 900 FC from those 2 events.

What i've learned though... is they lure you into spending.. then BAM release something you wish you'd saved for. So it becomes a dance... do I really want THAT.. or can I live without it until it's offered again....

Being in the store... I wouldn't buy the Beast at this time. Especially if ti nearly wiped out my FC stash. He's just not that viable any more. As I posted almost every character that has been released after him.. is better. He's no match for The Count, Madam, Baroness, Charlotte, etc.

Sorry about that Maiden68. I just mean it is easier to gain FC than it was when the currency was first introduced and we were shown Alexander as a goal. Many people projected it would take years to earn the FC to buy him but comparatively 3500 could be gained in a few months given the accessibility to FC. Though I think 2000-2500 would have been more in line, it isn’t outrageous or unobtainable by a casual player.

He is (one of) the most iconic character and still a very valuable assassin character for gauntlet. Is he worth osiris + horus in term of power, no and I wish he was a bit less expensive buf I think the price is fair considering how iconic he is.

Yeah after I did some reading earlier I didn't have a big fit over not being able to afford him right away... More as a trophy now with his Beasty head mounted on my wall in my office! Would make an interesting conversation piece though... ;) Not to mention I only use him in certain circumstances as he clearly can't help with he new content nightmare ciy! (As a Trooper Badges that is) .

Only if you don’t need the mythic or extras. If you do and have the loot it’s not that bad. On par with the $100 for the 4K ironite and whether that’s a rip off or not is moot.

I have the beast, got him real early when I first started, don't even remember how. That said, unless I am missing something he has always been completely useless. Alexander is a powerful and useful toon and I am very glad I bought him. I cannot even begin to understand how they have the audacity to charge 3500FC for the beast. I thought it was a mistake... but of course it wasn't.

The mythic packs... as soon as I read the news, I knew it would be a $100 purchase. I don't need any of the characters offered, but at least I can see the lure to buy them. The FC and IC is interesting. Still, it's way overpriced as are most all of the offerings.

The only 5 stars I still need are FFE and samurai emperor Eddie. Not sure where samurai emperor comes from, but I'm still 300 frags short on FFE.

3500 FC is far too much, also in comparison to Alexander for 2500 FC or Sekhmet for 1500.
The Beast was really great...a year ago :)

I thought he would be a nice reward for one of the next Gauntlet Seasons, but well, what to say?

I would have enough FC to buy him but so far I refuse to accept the offer. for Wrath 2.0

I swear, I was 10 frontier coins away from getting the Goddess Aset to complete my Powerslave gods collection :( now i have a decision to make. Cash in and get the goddess or save up for the beast :/

i use her only in gauntlet...Beast is upgraded version of Wrath...
