Heal reduction

What constitutes as "heal reduction" and who do you recommend to use for quick results in the current Boss Event? Thanks.

gunner cannoneer when fully sharded has 70% chance

but he will most certinly kill the boss so u have to run minium 5 runs

the first 2 bosses were a pain in the ass. I have no characters that arent at least 80 and everything one shots the bosses even on madness. but im sure i'll be bitching about it being too hard when i get to the higher stuff too lol... in the end i got it, i popped a ton of standard souls and found level 1/2 toons with the abilities i needed.

It doesn’t matter if you kill him, effect counts anyway.

Did anyone have the following, I applied perma death and bloodlust on the beast in NotB but died and the actions didn't count. I was going for the most bloodlust not the win. I didn't see where it said you must survive.

Yeah, just happened here too. Don’t know if it’s been like this in the past, that you have to survive, cause normally I don’t die playing those achievements :p
