Lower power generation

Ok, I am somewhat forum ignorant and not much of a gamer. I need to know how to use lower power generation...as in what characters have it or how to attain it for use
Any help and friendship is welcome and appreciated

There are only 3 characters you can use

Red harpy
Sekhmet
Assassin corrupt rescuer

Don’t give up yet, anyone with a set of shock talismans can also get it.

Didn't realize shock talismans helped with it? Personally I used ACR (equipped with destiny) with Benjie to keep alive/health, and alchemist to cleanse the inevitable hound stun

Just checked...any shock effects work for it. Quite well actually.
