Is there still a way to gain killer beast frags?

The only way to earn them is through red shard souls. You can either buy them for ironite or blood soul frags.

you can still buy red shard souls with ironite? they are not available in the store for ironite for me.... what gives?

Events over, so unless you have Blood Soul fragments left to unload on the Red Shard fragments still up, you’re done.
