I’ve always been fond of very supporting characters (or Party Enhancers) in LotB. And healing is quintessential support. So if your team needs a healer (or a cleanser) but you don’t know what, here’s a list of all healers and what they do:

Eddies:
Warrior
Trooper Eddie
War Call (5PWR) – AoE, based on their ATK. AoE MR increase for 2 turns.
Shaman Eddie
Fruit of the Gods (4PWR) – AoE, grants Lifesteal and Spell Vamp to all allies and grants Shaman Eddie an extra turn.
Shaman can heal (kind of)? Neat!
Samurai Eddie
Soul Sheath (5PWR) – Self, grants Lifesteal for 3 turns, as well as an Extra Turn and a 30% chance to gain Invincibility for 2 turns.
Too bad it's only for Samurai Eddie, but this can be very powerful.
Coalgiver Eddie
Holy Sign (5 PWR) – Single target. Heals with 50% chance to grant Immunity for 2 turns. Heal amount based on your ATK, and the targets’ MAX HP
Re-Gift – Single target. Heal and Cleanse an ally, with a 35% to get an extra turn. Heal amount based on target’s MAX HP.
Coalgiver is probably the most support-oriented of the Warrior Eddies, and a good all-round team choice. Man I wish I got one.
Run To The Hills Eddie
Hack (4PWR) – Self? Deals single target physical damage with a 75% chance to inflict Heal Block for 2 turns, and Heals for 30% of your current ATK.
Embolden – Self, amount based on MAX HP, raises ATK for 2 turns
Like so many of his other skills, RttH Ed’s heal is all about self-sufficiency and single targets.
(Holy Smoke) Eddie
Assault – self, heals if the target is stunned.
Holy Smoke's new main ability gives him a bit of suitability and in instant combo ability. Very cool
Rise (4PWR) – AoE, amount based on ATK, deals AoE physical damage and 2% chance to get an extra turn.
It's great that this got changed from Heal to Rise, as now you have no reason to up your MAGIC damage for him. A very necessary buff for the character.

Sentinel
Pharaoh Eddie
Revive All (6PWR) – AoE, revives and heals, amount based on your MAX HP and MAGIC.
Works very well because Pharaoh Eddie excels as a tank. The heal is a little low without some investment in his MAGIC stat though.
Visions (of the Beast) Eddie
Equilibrium (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on your MAGIC and MAX HP, heals and removes negative effects for 2 turns
Very useful in PVP. Note that the Cleanse effect is immediate, while the heal occurs only before the start of your next turn.
Viking Eddie
Loot – Self. Deals single target true damage and steals a positive effect. Heals 15% of your MAX HP if a positive effect is stolen.
Maraud (5 PWR) – AoE. Heals allies for 30% of your MAX HP, extends your party's buffs by 2 turns and enemy debuffs by 1 turn.
Viking has a lot of tricks up his sleeve. Loot can be hilarious for stealing Invincibility or Ghost, and Maraud is a better version of Preserve. Awesome.
Fear of the Dark Eddie
Draining Growth (Fury) – AoE, heals all allies based on the number of negative effects on all enemies, deals physical AoE damage based on your DEF.
Use Spread Terror before using your Fury for maximized results. Or some debuffers in your team.
Mummy Eddie
Sacred Sanction (4PWR) – Removes a negative effect on all allies and has a chance to replace the negative effect with a shield based on their MAX HP.
Against debuff-heavy enemies, this is a handy skill to have. That chance for the Titan Shield makes it even better!

Magus
Grim Reaper Eddie
Horrow – 3 hits of magic damage with 50% to Heal per hit, with 25% chance for an extra turn.
Spell Vamp (3PWR) – self, heals for 60% of the magic damage dealt for 2 turns, AoE magic attack
Dance of the Dead (Fury) – AoE magic damage, revives all allies (health will be in orange) with a 50% chance to Doom enemies.
That Fury takes a while, but it's great.
Mystic Eddie
Truth and Lies (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MR and target's MAX HP, with a 50% chance to Transform all negative effects into a random buff.
Mystic Eddie is built to support your team, and if that Cleanse chance triggers, even better.
Edward The Great
Knight’s Honor (6 PWR) – Grants AoE Sacrifice Status for 3 turns. Sacrifice gives an AoE full heal if the character with it dies.
Wise Council (5 PWR) – AoE, based on MAX HP, heals and gain non-golden buffs of allies.
Carriage Rider Eddie
Torch (3PWR) – Self, removes debuffs and heals, 75% chance to Regen HP of a random ally for 2 turns, deals magic damage to single target.
Hoo boy. You’ll probably be using Torch more for its utterly insane single target damage, but the heals are a nice bonus.
Preserve (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MAGIC, increase effect duration of positive effects
Looks good on paper if you have a buffer with you.
Life Line – AoE, character heals for 60% of the magic damage they deal for 2 turns
A truly excellent skill if your allies deal magic damage. This one got me through some tough spots.
Speed of Light Eddie
Restore – AoE, extends duration of allies’ beneficial effects. Heals 60% of target's MISSING HP (according to the October 2016 Tuning thread)
Leech (4PWR) – Self, heals 20% of your MAX HP for each debuff consumed, deals AoE magic damage.
Too bad the heal got nerfed recently.
Wicker Man Eddie
Crumble (2PWR) – Self, heal for 60& missing HP, reduces enemy Fury and gain Power.
Useful because Wicker Man Eddie is very squishy. The Fury reduction is also nice against bosses such as Aset and the Gunner Lord of Light

Gunner
Cyborg Eddie
Calibrate – Self. Removes Negative Effects, heals for 25% of Missing HP, 30% chance to gain Immunity for 2 turns
Scan (5PWR) – Self. 45% chance to steal beneficial effects, heals 15% of HP for every removed beneficial effect, deals AoE true damage that scales with SPECIAL.
Helps compensate for the Cyborg's general squishiness.
Aces High Eddie
Roulette – AoE, amount based on their MAX HP, may get a PWR, Fury, ATK, or Accuracy increase.
Rise (4PWR) – AoE, amount based on ATK, deals AoE physical damage and 2% chance to get an extra turn.
It's great that this got changed from Heal to Rise, as now you have no reason to up your MAGIC damage for him. A very necessary buff for the character.
Hallowed Eddie
Predict (3PWR) – self, Grants True Damage Shield and HP Regen for 2-4 turns, and a 25% chance to get an Extra Turn.
Immovable (6PWR) – self, based on MAX HP, grants Invincibility for 1-3 turns.
Tailgunner Eddie
Laugh – AoE, 50% chance to heal on each hit, based on Current HP,. Deals 3 hits of physical damage and increases DEF and MR for 2 turns.
Soldier Eddie
Roulette – AoE, amount based on their MAX HP, may get a PWR, Fury, ATK, or Accuracy increase.
Navigator Eddie
Charted course – Self, heals 25% of your MAX HP, increases DEF of allies for 1 turn and decreases ATK of enemies for 1 turn.
Scourge (5PWR) – AoE, heals 30% of MAX HP with a 50% chance to lower DEF, lower Accuracy, or Stun random enemies for 2 turns.
Navigator is a great supporting Gunner Eddie, and not only because of his heals.

Assassin
Vampire Hunter Eddie
Rebirth (Fury) – AoE. Revives all allies (to 35% HP) and grants Critical Strike for 3 turns, deals single target true damage.
Claim – AoE. AoE magic damage, heals allies based on missing HP for every Mark on the target. Heals 10% of HP if no Marks are present.
Rouse (5PWR) – 35% chance to revive a dead ally, deals physical and magic damage
Rainmaker Eddie
Claim – AoE. AoE magic damage, heals allies based on missing HP for every Mark on the target. Heals 10% of HP if no Marks are present.
Storm Eddie
Healing Rain – Random. Heals random allies up to 3 times, with a 45% chance to increase Power Generation for each ally alive.
If you can get over his random targeting, Storm Eddie is an incredibly useful character and the only Assassin Eddie most of us will have. I expect that the Power Generation chance increases in PVP and the dungeons as you have more characters there.
Eternity Eddie
Power of Light (4PWR) – Self, heals for 30% of MAX HP, and gain a Reflect Shield.
It's like the Gunner Undead Allied Soldier's move, except for himself and with a better shield

Eternals:
The Clairvoyant:
Time to Live (6PWR) – Random, Revives a random ally with full HP and grants a Damage Reduction Shield to all allies for 2 turns.
Inner Fire (Fury) – AoE, Deals AoE magic damage and Revives and Heals all allies. Removes Negative Effects from all allies for 3 turns.
The Clairvoyant is at this point quite possibly the best supporting character in the game.
Wrath:
Savage Strike – Deals AoE physical and magic damage with a 45% chance to Remove Beneficial Effects. Heals you for 15% of your MAX HP for every Mark on the targets.
This only works when your enemies are Marked. Still, nice that this is in your basic move!

Troopers:
Bastion:
Bugle Sound (6PWR) – AoE. AoE Heal with a 35% chance to grant AoE Counterstrike for 2 turns, with 35% Chance to grant Revenge to self for 2 turns.
Lady Azov:
False Angel – AoE, based on MAX HP. Deals 3 hits of single target true damage with a 20% chance to Remove Beneficial Effects on each hit. Heal on final hit.
Warlord:
Phantom Blade (7PWR) – Self, based on MISSING HP. Deals single target random damage and inflicts Ghost on the enemy for 2 turns.

Talismans:
Life (Power/Arcane/Sorcery). 2 set, grants the user 2 turns of HP Regen at the start of combat.
Available in Brave New World
Purge (Will/Bulwark/Onslaught): 3 set, 20% chance to Remove Beneficial Effects on the target and Heal yourself on Perfect attacks.
Available in PVP Store

Allies:
Warrior
The Nomad
Raid – Self. Heals self for 15% of HP, single target true, chance to get Class Advantage for 2 turns.
Hellhound
Howl – AoE, heals 200% of HP, Grants Lifesteal for 3 turns
Rocket Dog
Blood Thirst (Passive) – AoE, grants Lifesteal at the start of the battle.
Awesome for physical damage based teams.
Undead Rescuer
Guide – Self? Single target physical damage with a 50% chance to steal positive effects and a 35% chance to heal 15% of MAX HP.
Corrupt Droid
Siren (5PWR) – AoE, heals allies for 10% of their HP, gives them a Physical Reflect Shield and increases their ATK for 2 turns.
Demon Spawn
Shed (5 PWR) – single target, 50% chance to gain a Titan Shield for 1 turn and Sacrifice 30% of your MAX HP to Heal a target ally to full.
Crimson Hourglass
Torment (3PWR) – Single target. amount based on MAX HP, drains health from enemy for 2 turns
Pharaoh Sun Spirit
Disquiet – deals AoE physical damage, 35% chance to heal, 35% chance to block beneficial effects for 1 turn.
Rise (4PWR) – AoE, amount based on ATK, deals AoE physical damage and 2% chance to get an extra turn.
Hellraiser
Riot (Passive) – AoE, heal all allies for every debuff currently on you at the start of your turn. Cleanse all debuffs from self.

Sentinel
Alliance General
Grand Strategy (7PWR) - AoE. Grants Lifesteal, Critical Strike and Perfect Hit to all allies.
Allied Bomber Boy
Fortune (5PWR) – AoE, heals for 25% of Current HP, 45% chance to Raise Accuracy
Pyro Soldier
Torch (3PWR) – Self, removes debuffs and heals, 75% chance to Regen HP of a random ally for 2 turns, deals magic damage to single target.
Golden Son
Rejuvenation – AoE, 35% chance to heal on Perfect attacks, deals magic damage.
Relieve (Passive) – Effectiveness of healing increased for 3 turns at the start of the battle
Corrupt Droid
Salvage – Self. Single target true damage that drains 5% of the target's MAX HP on hit. Damage increases with your MAX HP
Mayan Priestess
Golden Paradise (5PWR) – AoE, based on 100% of ATK and 10% of MAX HP and number of buffs on self.
Undead Rescuer
Strand – Self? Deals AoE magic damage with a 75% chance to Block Beneficial Effects and a 35% chance to heal 15% of MAX HP
Escape (4 PWR) – AoE. Cleanses and heals all allies for 10% of their MAX HP. Removes positive effects from an enemy
Allied Soldier
Recover (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MAGIC and MAX HP, Removes Negative Effects.
Undead Allied Soldier
Heal All (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MAGIC
Corrupt Ox Cultist
Cleanse All(4PWR) – AoE, heals 10% of targets' Missing HP, Removes Negative Effects. Also grants the caster an Extra Turn.
Festive Wickerdeer
Invigorate (5PWR) – AoE. Heal based on MAX HP, and grants Heal Amp for 2 turns. (Heal Amp increases the effectiveness of Healing by 50%).
Desert Guardian
Fever (4PWR) – AoE, Deals 3 hits of single target magic damage and heals all allies, with a 40% chance to Heal Block the target for 2 turns.
Demon Spawn
Sap Passive – AoE? Drains HP every turn from enemies and grants it to your allies every turn.
Ox Cultist
Cure (3PWR) – AoE, based on MAX HP
Meathead
Spell Vamp (3PWR) – self, heals for 60% of the magic damage dealt for 2 turns, AoE magic attack
Chopper
Dead to Rights (5PWR) – AoE, heal boosted by number of debuffs on enemy. Deals single target physical damage, Dooms enemy if they have Permadeath.
Elf of the Damned
Wicked Wreath (5PWR) – AoE, based on ATK. AoE Heal and grants self(?) 1 turn of Invincibility and 2 turns of Power Generaltion if Attack Up is present.

Magus
Pharaoh Dog King
Alchemy (Passive) – Cleanses up to 2 random allies and AoE heals 13% of their total HP every round.
The Alchemist
Last Rites (7PWR) – AoE, 25% of character’s MAX HP. Deals a portion of the enemy’s MAX HP as AoE true damage and AoE heals for 25% of MAX HP.
Pharaoh Dog
Regen All (6PWR) – AoE, amount based on MAGIC and MAX HP, heals for 3 turns.
Recoup (Passive) – Auto-heals allies when their HP is below 40%. Scales off targets' MAX HP
Golden Son
Rejuvenation – AoE. AoE magic attack with 65% chance to Heal all allies on Perfect Attacks. Heal amount buffed since October Tuning Update.
Reckoning (5PWR) – AoE magic attack with HP drain from enemies.
Mayan Priestess
Good Luck Charm (5PWR) – AoE, based on MAGIC and MAX HP. 45% chance (65% chance with Skill Shards) for each ally to gain Regen HP for 3 turns.
Corrupt Droid
Upgrade (6PWR) – AoE, heals and grants AoE Invincibility for 1 turn.
Axis Soldier
Death of Glory (6PWR) – AoE, deals 2 hits of AoE magic damage, and Heal all allies for 35% of their HP if the attack kills an enemy.
Demon Spawn
Slice – Multi-target, Deals 2 hits of single target magic damage and has a 30% chance to Stun for 1 turn. Heal up to 2 random allies if the target is stunned by this attack.
Wickerdog of Night
Cleanse (3PWR) – Single target, amount based on MAGIC, Removes Negative Effects.
Dark Hourglass
Spell Vamp (3PWR) – self, heals for 60% of the magic damage dealt for 2 turns, AoE magic attack
Pharaoh Water Spirit
Revive (4PWR) – Single target, amount based on MAGIC, revives and heals a fallen ally with 50% of their MAX HP.
Meathead
Cleanse (3PWR) – Single target, amount based on MAGIC, Removes Negative Effects

Hand of Fate (5PWR) – single target, heals 30% of target’s MAX HP, Cleanses them, and grants extra turn to target
Corrupt Rescuer
Destroy – self. Deals AoE physical damage that scales on DEF and adds a 35% chance to heal 15% of your MAX HP.
Resuscitate (7PWR) – Sacrifice 30% of HP to revive an ally and grant Endure to all allies for 2 turns.
Golden Pharaoh Dog
Calm (5PWR) – AoE, based on target's MAX HP. Has a 50% chance to grant AoE Immunity.
Eda, Valkyrie Knight
Support (7PWR): AoE. Cleanse and heal all allies based on their MAX HP, with a 35% chance to extend buffs for 1 turn. Buff extension chance increased to 60% and lasts 2 turns with Skill Shards.
Mayan Priestess
Siphoning Flame – random allies, based on MAX HP. Deals AoE random damage.
Soul Extraction (6PWR) - random ally, deals single target magic damage. If target is killed, Revive a random ally and instantly gain an Extra Turn.
Gunner Dog
Howl – AoE, heals 200% of HP, Grants Lifesteal for 3 turns
Newborn of Light
Sheen (5PWR) – AoE. Removes Negative Effects on team and increases their ATK & MAGIC for 2 turns
Undead Allied Soldier
Mobilize – AoE, amount based on your MAGIC and ally’s Missing HP, Grants Damage Reduction Shield for 2 turns.
Corrupt Droid
Alarm (5PWR) – AoE. Heals allies for 10% of their HP, gives them a Magic Reflect Shield and increases their MAGIC for 2 turns.
Demon Spawn
Splice (4PWR) – single target, deals AoE physical damage based on DEF and Revives a random ally.
Chattering Skulls
Rise (4PWR) – AoE, amount based on ATK, deals AoE physical damage and 2% chance to get an extra turn.
Voidling
Crumble (2PWR) – Self, heals 65% of missing HP, reduces enemy Fury and gain Power.
Undead Rescuer
Safe (Passive) – Heal and Cleanse self and up to 2 allies when you are stunned, taunted, or frozen.

Assassin
Krampus
Hunger (Passive) – Automatically regain a percentage of your MAX HP upon taking damage.
Ravenous (5PWR) – AoE. Deals single target physical damage and grants AoE Lifesteal and Healing Amp for 3 turns.
Mayan Priestess
Suffocation (5PWR) – AoE, based on number of debuffs on enemy and your MAX HP. Deals single target physical and magic damage, and Removes Beneficial Effects.
Undead Crimean Soldier
Field Medicine – Deals single target physical damage. Grants 1 turn of Lifesteal for self and up to 2 allies, and grants 2 turns of Regen for allies below 50% HP.
Undead Axis Gunner
Blood Thirst (Passive) – AoE, grants Lifesteal at the start of the battle.
Axis Soldier
Torment (3 PWR) – self, deals single target physical damage and drains health for 2 turns. Damage dealt & health drained based on MAX HP.
Undead Rescuer
Return – Self. Deals single target random damage with a 25% chance to gain an extra turn and a 35% chance to heal 15% of your MAX HP.
Corrupt Droid
Regain – AoE, deals AoE physical and magic damage, and Heal all allies for 35% of their HP if this attack kills an enemy.
Refit (5PWR) – AoE, Heal all allies and Grants Void Shield to all allies for 2 turns.
Demon Spawn
Scurry (5PWR) – Self, heal for 50% of your Missing HP, and has a 50% chance to Revive a random ally to full HP.
Possessed Mine
Preserve (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MAGIC, increase effect duration of positive effects.
Trickster
Blood Lust – self, heal self and gain Armor and Magic Penetration if below 50% HP, and deals 2 hits of single target random damage.

Sorry it took so long, I've updated the thread with the October Tuning update fixes. I added percentages straight from the devs in the Tuning thread when I could.

I've also tested my Pharaoh Dog King's heal again, and it's actually worth somethin. His heal % used to be between 4-5%. Now that it's fixed, he heals 15% per turn! This is TRIPLE that of his previous heal.

I should maybe have done this way sooner, but I've added in the characters introduced in the BNW and Xmas updates. Also a few others that I was missing, like the Gunner Voidling. Hope that helps!

Credit also to Slauki and his 'Compilation of Maximized Characters' thread so I can check all the toons in this game.
