Aces High & Tailgunner Eddie

Can they be acquired via normal gunner/assassin souls or just rare ones? Thanks!

I think tailgunner is a 4* so only rare but i never saw an aces high so i cant be sure but i would think hes a 3* so a normal would have him.

Aces high from what ive read is preeetty useless, i think its cuz he has no aoe except for the fury and no heals, dont take my word. Tailgunner is also meh compred to soldier, he has a nice fury that gives an extra turn to the team thou. Still dont take my word for anything

Aces High Eddie has the same healing ability as Soldier Eddie, which is Roulette.
