THE PURGE Mission Help

Hey everyone! I need help with THE PURGE mission challenge. I have a character that removes beneficial effects (which I have used and proven my toon removes the effects) but the mission had not said did so. Any help on what I'm doing wrong?

Just saw your post. Sorry for the late response. NONE of my Purge missions are being accredited either. I already have two support tickets in since early March and no fix yet. You're not doing anything wrong....
