Evolving cosmic talisman bugged

I have a white cosmic Talisman maxed at 2*.
First problem: When going into the evo screen it shows cosmic evo rune (T1) 23/20 and again cosmic evo rune (T1) 0/10, which should be T2 as you can see in picture 1 (also when it has to be T1 it should show 23/10).
Second problem: I have 5 cosmic evo runes T2 as you can see in picture 2. They are not shown in the evo screen (should be 5/10) and can’t be used there, what means, even if I had all necessary evo material, I couldn’t evolve the talisman. Anyone else having this issue?

Just to make this all as confusing as possible, they have evo runes in T1 T2 and T3. However, each of the "T" levels also have different star levels, assuming 1 2 and 3 stars. If you look at your second picture, you can see the icon for 1star T1 T2 and T3. In your first picture you can see the talisman only requires T1 1 starx20 and T1 2starx10.

Thanks for explaining Natasmai! So I only have 1* evo runes. There have been 2* and 3* so far? Pretty sure I didn’t see any of those.

I've got two cosmic talismans leveled up to max star 2-- a white and a blue. The blue is pretty powerful--can't imagine the ones that are higher than rare! I have yet to see a 2 star evo.
