Cant revenge

Can someone tell me how this works? I have a lone eddie on for the event. Someone attacked me and won,i revenged and won, he revenged and won, i revenged and won. Cant revenge showed up. Is this right?

You can revenge up to a maximum of 20 times each (server) day, and each player up to a maximum of 2 times each (server) day

Ok thank you. I did not know about the 2 times a day per player.
