Did the math for you guys. Credit to Desmos scientific calculator. 1500 frags available from event challenges. That is enough for 2/6 talismans. Multiply 750 by 4 and get 3k frags needed past that point. Taking the biggest possible frag gain/level cleared (night city madness at 12 per level) and dividing 3k by that, you would need to clear a minimum of 250 NC madness levels + the event challenges to get 1 full set.
TL;DR: You need to clear 250 NC madness levels + the event challenges to get 1 full set the fastest.

375 NC madness runs....
8 SOT per run = 3000 SOT...
600 SOT per mega refill = 5 mega refills...
150 iroite per mega-refill = 750 ironite (the fragment cost of one talisman.. do you think they planned it that way?)


If you average ~1 minute per run in NC Madness, that equates to roughly 6.25hrs (not calculating load times for the battles) to collect enough frags for 1 full set.
So in 3-4hrs someone could have a 6-set if they complete NC madness runs in 30 seconds or less and want to spend the 750 ironite.

If you use your free SoT minus the skull quests, you get 30 madness runs per day. Seven days gets you 210 runs, so you would only need to purchase 11 refills. That does count any earned SoT, which usually is usually low in NC.

NC and Powerslave have the same amount frag per SoT. Powerslave tends to give more ironite, NC gives more money.

I have records for 2 refills and it gave about 20 Ironite per normal refill.

Ive stuck with Powerslave to start with. No only for the odd bit of ironite but I find you often get SoT back too which with the lower SoT cost makes it the cheapest option resource wise imo. Just takes longer and rewards aren't quite as good but don't have to worry about what team you bring (been leveling up dupes).

Now my troopers are out of the way I might give some of these builds a go on NC madness and see if I can actually auto the damn thing for once. I haven't tried it with newer characters like Gambler Eddie or Viper/Labyrinth talismans so hopefully they make the difference.
