Hello Troopers,

Thank you for all your bug reports regarding the Singularity Talismans. After investigation on our end, we discovered that an order of operations issue was preventing the Immunity to Passive Disable and Perfect Disable from functioning.

In order to rectify this, and get the Talismans working as intended, we've just released a hotfix via a server push to make the following improvements:

The Singularity Talisman set now reduces damage dealt to all allies by 35%. Grants Immunity to all allies for 1 turn at the start of battle. Grants Immunity to Passive Disable and Perfect Disable to all allies after the first turn of battle. Steals all beneficial effects, including Golden Effects, from a random enemy every turn.

The additional feature of granting Immunity at the start of battle will create this Talisman set's desired effect by ensuring Passive Disable and Perfect Disable cannot be applied to allies when the fight starts. It also has the added bonus of blocking a great deal of other effects, while still providing the opportunity to remove the Immunity on the first turn of battle and disable the passives of enemies when facing off against Singularity Talismans!
