2M in gold pissed away

Just bought an infernal dungeon key for 2m gold, game crashed on my 3rd playthrough - of course right after winning but no rewards.

Had to force close and now the game will not start.

If a game has unstable servers it has no friggin right to sell timed events like this.

I bought 3 keys, gold was taken, the purchase popup was shown but nothing added to my book of souls.

Unfortunately I don't think you actually get the infernal key. I think it automatically opens the dungeon for 2 hours. Anyone else confirm this?

Buying the Infernal Key with coins immediately opens the dungeon.

But before complaining here, I opened a support ticket.

Today they answered and add 3 keys despite my mistake.

If you open a key you will see a highlight on the time rift icon.

if your able to buy a key should be able to use when want just like other keys
