Yes, after update, I have noticed an increase of items to upgrade Cosmic Talismans. 2-3 items per run, when before it was 0-1. Still would like to see an increase in T1 evolution runes. Takes 20 at level 2. Since T1 is most frequent to drop, would be nice to power them up a little faster so getting more of them would be ideal.
