No access to the book of souls iet any of the stores

Since the update I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 7 times. Since the update I've had no access to these areas. I can go anywhere else in the game with no unusual issues. I've submitted a ticket, but until this is resolved I can't do any of the keyed dungeons. You could say this just sort of sucks. Actually it buttermilk hard.....

I cant go to the arena and trooper store and trooper score will not be updated. playing the game is going to be impassible. I hope the game supporters fix it. Thanx

I know. I've never really cared if I got compensation for past bugs, but this event I really wanted to do and I feel we should be extra compensated for this bug. I don't feel I've had a fair chance for the Lord of Light because of it.

Huck, the things you are missing out the most are these specific event souls and frags. Since this is a three part event you will be able to make up the new resources in the upcoming event since you cant spend the ironite currently. Try and plan ahead, it cost about two mega refills per event key.

Even with only free Sot you can play 30 LoL X battles per day. You should be able to earn some event rewards. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I gained access to everything, but find some souls I had are lost. I know in time I can gain at least one lol, but I feel I still need something for this mess. I posted about 20 battles in lol a day due to still playing my skull quests. So far I'm missing at least 2 enlightenment should and one eternity soul, not sure from there. Sadly, I'm now on vacation in Atlanta until Monday, do my playing is possibly on hold until I get home. I've given myself one mega refill after my natural sands replenished, so I'm good to go as soon as I have time. I know this knocked me out of at least 4-5 daily dungeon keys....

Edit: I don't have access to the stuff again.....

Still no reply to my ticket. I've sent about 3 or 4 replies asking for updates or resolutions, but all I've gotten are crickets. I still can't access these areas. Only 3 times I've been able to gain a shirt access.

@Muzzleloader yes. I've tried on my Chromebook and my phone. I've removed and reinstalled about 8 times. My phone updated to Android 10 Tuesday and it didn't change anything either. It seems to be something with my account.

My daughter has this on her account - my son has a different account but same device and it is fine. My daughter cannot go to BoS at all or just spinning wheel and have to reboot game. I think the rest is OK - I can play and do all other quests each day except the BoS - been since the last update too for her. Weird it is though as my son has the exact same device (Fire) and it plays normally.

I feel this bug has something to do with the banner adverts. When they show up the game works as it should, but they seldom appear. Since the update I've only been able to gain Lamia. I'm got a generic unhelpful response from Michelle and no reply since. I could tell she didn't address or read my emails. Yet, here I am hoping and waiting for some resolution to this.

I just evolved a character to see if I would get the "power up" pack for ironite (475) and nothing popped up....

I feel they need to really compensate for this bug. It's literally knocked so many out of chances at rewards and advancment. I feel we need more than just the 300 ironite. I've run across so many Lord of Light toons in the arena and even saw a dark Lilith.

Muzzleloader I really love the game and band. It's the only thing that's kept me holding on. Sadly, this bug is really putting that to the test. Unless they make this right soon I'm really ready to sac everything to where I can't come back.

Devs, Mr Leon, Kaz, because I am not able to access the Book of Souls, after today's reset, I will be owed 12 ironite, 1500 gold, and 1 common Gold Key for daily achievements. I will be updating the totals here every day I am not able to complete the dailies. I fully expect to have the complete totals added to my account after this issue is resolved.

This has been happening to some for longer than this - my daughter has not been able to access it for around a week ot nearly two now. No BoS access and no access to the shop either so cant buy ironite or SoT etc etc. Missing out on daily loot too. An nothing over that period - they have known about this since it started a while back - we may get some action now if lots of folk have it. Seems to be Andriod related maybe?

It's really embarrassing to read this thread. Players have essential problems that are not dealt with for weeks. It's much easier to release 6 new event soul exclusive, money-generating characters and new dungeons all the time. Really sad.

I don't want to dilute the thread, but I want to add a comparatively small problem: The other day I had a crash at the end of a PvP match (the first fight of the day). This fight didn't count for the daily missions and no other fight could be registered later -> daily key missed.

A fundamental revision of the code, the menus, the sorting etc., plus consistent bugfixes would do the game much better than the constant overloading with new stuff in too short intervals, which obviously lead to further problems and bugs.

I updated but am still waiting to see how this is rectified. I as of now have access to the areas I need, but I'm still basically a month behind on events with no real way to benefit from them since they have ended.
