Malakhov Passive is bugged

Malakhov passive can induce Sleep and Crave even chars who are immune to Crave and Sleep. Tried to fight Malakhv today using Magus convict and Sentinel Lilith and Malakhov death still caused Sleep and Crave to all. Nobody had Disable Passive. This is serious bug and makes Malakhov too powerful.

He has way too much power and bugs. I went against him in gauntlet and he applies all his buffs regardless of any immunities to the effects or silver's in general. He MUST be fixed.
