Anyone knows what the Rider Talisman's (from Gauntlet Season 4: Ender Pack) effects are?

I don't remember them being associated with an event. But you're right it does say "during special events and in the shop." Maybe they mean they'll be in an event down the road, like a Gauntlet reward?

all the other arena talisman rewards have eventually been released in events like 4-6 weeks later? something like that

Riders are available in the $40 pack right now. First I've seen them.

Not in my store. There's no "Rider" anywhere and I defiantly didn't already purchase them.

They're in the Gauntlet Season 4 Ender Pack that keeps popping up. Rider talismans with some Wrathchild frags, FF frags, some evo shards, class legendary souls, a few ss shards and some ironite. Maybe a couple other things as well.
