It's been 3 days now that I can't log in the game. When I start the game it won't load and it shows this message:
EN:BAD ID=UI_QUIT_POPUP_MESSAGE
My account is joe1758 and my phone is xiaomi redmi note 3. Please I need help..

Why don't you just open a ticket to the support team? I think it will be faster than finding help here in the forums

wait for them to reply unfortunately, also you could uninstall the app and reinstall. sometimes that fixes all kinds of weird issues.

make sure you have your account linked to facebook or something so you can recover your progress

Joe, you can link your account to your email address if you dont use FB, like myself.

I dont recommend this. If you would delete the game and try and reinstall. If it doesnt work the dev's could relink you even if you are not linked to FB or email. If you know your game ID and account number


I had that happen when I lost my phone before I linked it to my email. When you do login in you click on the upper left icon of your avatar/game ID and a screen will pop up that allows you to link to email or FB.

Normally, reinstalling the game should help. It once saved my ass, but once it also had the power to delete my account (for a while) I clicked on “play” instead of “login” ... Could be reversed. Very strange though
