Skill Shards...

Been over 3 weeks now! Still can't purchase skill shards!

Depending on bow many active troopers u got, i get atleast 500 from troopers, if ur still starting the game ur gonna have a pain getting them, they do drop from the rift and secret lvls (i think secret lvls work) but the chance is really low, the i have is that i didnt kno how valuable skill shards are and i spent them all on speed of light eddie...
