Haven't even thought of awakening the beast yet, but I love awakened raven witch.

i awakened the beast though with my thinking its going to be years before i can get all LoL and fully awakened to get dark lilith and the last tier to the beast's awakening has an awesome boost to its fury
also i would when awakening a character when u have multiple under same type (assassin has a lot of awakenable characters) check and see which has better upgrades to stats and attacks for tier 1
