Stone Talisman's Ward set bonus not functioning

This is a Green 2 star talisman. Description for the set effect says Increases Defense by 1% if HP. Currently it does nothing at all. I've tried taking them on and off, leveling a character with them, leveling the talisman itself... nothing works. On a character with 1300hp, there should be something.

yup .. it doesnt work ..there are a couple other ones that dont work too. check the thread for talismans. some has mentioned the ones that are buggy

1% of health is not that much, maybe you got other talismans which are better anyway...
