Dark Lilith fragments--don't add up

I'm working on this incredibly difficult quest of getting Dark Lilith. I have not yet completed any of the fully evolved LOL achievements. You get 100 Dark Lilith fragments for 100 run through of Level 15 LOL. If I do that with all 5 LOL, I get 500 fragments total.
I have 200 fragments already somehow. In the book of souls/fragments, I have 200/750. So, when I add the 500 that leaves 700/750. Where would I get the 50 remaining required fragments?!
I just don't want to go through all this work and still be short for Dark Lilith. The numbers don't seem to add up.
How have others gotten Dark Lilith (especially so quickly)?!

There is 2 kinds of dark Lilith frags. One kind from event and other as achievement rewards.

During the second part of the Lol mega event, Dark Lilith frags were available from souls (along with D.Lilith herself.
After that those frags were retired, and were replaced by the achieving frags.
