Oh ya, I see the nice "cheap" $55 pack we can buy in the store. The prices in that store boggle my mind. I mean I buy a game for my PC or PlayStation for less then that. I've bought a couple 2 or 3 dollar things from here, I don't mind supporting the place. But I can't see how anyone could drop $140 on one measly purchase in a "mobile" game. Hey, each to their own I guess.

They added play ten arena battles to make up the mistake of having past talisman part of the challenge. It's still a ploy to make us spend ironite for event souls.

This exactly! These prices are fucking ridiculous! This latest gauntlet chars frag pack is the best of them - if you want all 5 you'd have to pay like 500$ or something around this. For 5 characters to a bugged mobile game.

They're actually pretty damn good for a 3-set. I lucked out and got some for free, from an arena medal soul.

So if you look up "mobile gaming addiction" online, you will discover there are people out there who spend thousands a month, some getting so in debt that they lose their house, &/or their spouses.
Both men and women..... sharing stories about getting so caught up in clans, trying to impress and compete with digital strangers and neglecting real life. Some quit their jobs and work part time from home, just to be able to game more.

The companies know this and encourage this..... all for profit.
From my research, it seems LotB is one of the least expensive games..... but it has increasingly become more expensive since Navigator took over, albeit lack of revenue is why the previous dev went under.

I tried Raid: Shadow Legends recently..... they were pretty pricey..... and the battle gameplay sucked compared to LotB.
This game is actually great playing, awesome graphics, and of course.... Maiden.

But yeah... it can be costly.
Never forget their #1 reason for doing this is "revenue generation"..... remembering makes it all not seem so bad.

....just my 2 cents.....

I think the rewards for winning the top 3 in arena should be much more than they already are. It is clear that many can get there, but many do not have the motivation to get there, possibly because the rewards are fairly scant. I think they should increase rewards for top 10 and top 25, top 50. That would actually motivate people to compete more rather than just shoot for 3500 or 4500 (which is what I typically do).

The last time I placed, it was 2nd.
The very next week they started giving the 1,2,3rd place exclusive rewards w/ talismans or souls. D'oh!

The only motivation before was just to prove to yourself you could do it.
