Good tidings, Troopers!

Since our most recent Gauntlet reset, we have been investigating reports of the Frozen In Time stretch goal for "Clear Gauntlet Grade S" not registering correctly. Since the event will be ending tomorrow at around 4:00pm PST, we have chosen to solve this by swapping out the challenge with something easily attainable within a brief session of play.

This update will not require a client update. If you do not already see the updated challenge, please close and restart the game.

To clarify, the following change has occurred:

"Clear Gauntlet Grade S" has now become "Spend 10 Sands of War"

The rewards of 10 3* Awakening Shards, 1 Awakening Soul, and 50 Frontier Coins have remained unchanged.

NOT anything which needs addressing.. but....

I completed the "grade S" yesterday specifically for the achievement.

Now, this new "10 SOW" achievement is stuck on 1 and doesn't change..

But.. I already got the rewards form the "Grade S" achievement so I'm not complaining. Just informing.

Same here and reinstalling the game in order to try and grab it doesn't work :)

Most likely they've implemented it in such a way so we don't get double rewards if we've already claimed the "Grade S" achievement.

If you were originally able to successfully complete the challenge, it would explain why this is happening. Regrettably, enough unique users had trouble with this one resulting in this accessible alternative.

If you had not completed the original challenge and the new challenge is not working, feel free to submit a support ticket with "Frozen In Time" mentioned along with your username and a screenshot of your challenges/previous Gauntlet rank if applicable.

Awesome! Thank you, I didn't know about this and got the rewards when I was playing and didn't know why, so I went to the achievements and saw that you changed it!
