Connection errors

Hi all,

I'm getting a lot more connection errors over the last 48 hrs.

Once I hit the OK box to accept the message, things go ahead fine.

This makes running Lol dungeons and frontier dungeon keys quite annoying.

I've tried on 3 different connections (2 different home connections and 1 tethered to 4G-LTE). Same on all devices, tho slightly more prevalent on 4G.

To me, it seems like the game times out just a bit too quick and the timeouts need to be slightly longer.

Note: I'm in Australia. Our ping times to the US and UK are not great, and this means that timeout values that work fine within the US and UK are just too short for here. Same for some other countries too.

PS: I have also checked with a few aussies that play the game and it's gotten worse lately.

Regardless of what everyone else is experiencing, I'm getting them about every 3 runs of anything.

I too have tried on multiple connections and I'm US based. It really sucks as virtually every event is a grinding event.

I'm getting them 5 times an hour or there abouts. Sometimes more.

Last night I got one every 2-3 battles, and it seriously killed the returns on my Lol Frontier key run due to the regular connection errors holding things up. I think I got about a third of the normal amount of runs in for a key. May as well have not used Auto-play!

Was also very distracting while trying to watch a movie having to constantly check to see if there was an error. :(

I'm getting them whenever I get a push notification (email, facebook) which never used to happen. I'm even getting them for the game's own Sands of Time have refilled and Satellite 15 has returned notifications...

Ran another key and got about 10 of these things an hour. Hearing from more people that they are getting them as well.

Makes it really hard to complete events if you can't set something up and leave it running for a while.

It is all fine here in Scotland. Been stable for quite a while now. Maybe a local issue in Oz only if others are not seeing it in different locations?

Mine is UK but the problems I mentioned above have not appeared today...

Still a problem in the US for me. I haven't been kicked out in over a month but I still get the dialog box that I have to acknowldege every 3ish runs.

Hi all, is more or less 7 hours that I cannot access to the game.
It seems it starts but it doesn't run over the presentation screen with the song of The evil that man do....
Any suggestion?

Just FWIW:

Since the Gunner Caria event finished, I've not had a timeout.

To me, this makes it seem like "something" that was happening with that event, or specifically with rewards related to Lol dungeons, that was causing the issues.

Note: I've not actually run Lol or Lol Frontier since then. Will see how things go with the Lol section of this event when I get to it.
