Blight Talisman doesn't work!

Blight Talisman doesn't prevents the wearer from using Power and Fury Skills.
It works only the first two rounds during a fight, then the toon wearing Blights uses fury attack.
Tested on fully awakened Horus.
Maybe this bug appeared when fully awakened Prisoner is used in the team.

Same thing has been reported earlier with maxed Alchemist wearing Blights and using Fury move.
