Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you all know that you have to think twice before you decide to buy a ingame pack. I tried to buy the Talisman soul pack on Jan 24th and got some kind of receipt error. Tried a second time, same error. Next day i tried again I tried again and was able to succesfully purchase the pack.
However.... despite the first two attempts didnt give me any pack, i did got charged for the first two attempts aswell.
I reported this (ticket # 51085) but i just don't get any response (of course i got the automated reply). I sent a second mail using the same ticket, but they just DONT respond at all..... That's just fk unbelievable.
