Hell awakening shards?

Is there any way to obtain these? I used 6 I had quite a while ago to max Beast. Now Prisoner is sitting waiting for final step, but I can't do it cuz I only have 2 Hell shards.

I know different frontier dungeons give different awakening materials, but are Hell ones only event given? Kind of annoying.

Infernal dungeon is supposed to drop hell awakening frags, but many players reported run a whole key without any frag.

The only way to get them I know of is from awakening souls. They say they drop from infernal du geon, but no one I know of has pulled them.

Could one of the devs confirm or deny any of these rumors? Would be nice for the players to know this information.

In my clan thousands of infernal and cosmic dungeon runs no cyborg or hell shards earned.

Next week there will be an Update that has an increased Drop Rate for Hell Awakening shards in the Infernal dungeon.

It seems the words "increase" and "actually drop" have the same meaning in this regards.

They are increasing the drop rate for Cyborg Awakening shards in the Cosmic dungeon too (I ran 8 keys and never got even 1... not that I need them.)

Shinobi Awakening shards will drop in the Samurai dungeon as well .

Thanks Bakura. I've run about 20 cosmic keys in the past while and never seen an awakening shard drop. Was gonna run infernal but I'll wait. Hopefully they fix infinite extra turns too. Had mushy hitting my ass ww for 15 mins until I had to click defeat, even though I didn't lose.

Yeah... that sux. I stopped playing arena cuz of that.

They are fixing infinite turns for all characters.
