Max Awakened Prisoner Cannot Disable Starfire Talismans

The Prisoner's basic attack, Vengeance, is supposed to disable both orbit and star fire talismans upon use. I've seen it work on Orbits, but on Starfires the reflected damage still works. This is kind of annoying.

EDIT: Seems I was incorrect; it was only one battle where it seemed to bug out.
