Welcome to this weeks News Frontier

It is going to be a short one this week as we gear up for the coming month, I will have much more to share next week!

Clan Chat

As most of you have already seen, the first iteration of Clan chat has been released and you have been able to chat with some of your fellow members for, potentially, the first time! The team and I have our ‘Eye in the Sky’ keeping close watch over chat, but feel free to let us know if you see any behaviour that doesn’t fit inside the rules! We want to make sure Clan chat is a place everyone can feel welcomed.

A note on the Mega Event store

Remember that the Mega Event and the last event running currently (Echoes of Renewal) will be ending with the end of the month. However, the Store section for Operation Midnight will be available for 5 days into March, letting you spend your remaining Explosive fragments. So make sure and push for the last remaining days for any fragments that you need!

Again I don't mean to come down on the mods here, but if there isn't any new to share, then just don't make a post. It's not really necessary all things considered. That being said, I still appreciate the dedication to putting them out weekly.

I think many players would appreciate some sort of confirmation that you recognize the bug and are working on a fix.
The complete radio silence on a lot of these problems makes us feel like we aren't heard. This cultivates negativity.

You are right, I have an idea for this for the future. I will do my best to implement it as soon as I can. ^Ceeg

So just make an update saying "nothing new" or whatever to the same effect.

We don't need you wasting time on a pointless forum post when there unanswered support tickets and a plethora of threads that we would actually want you to chime in on.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but with all of the problems that are rampant in this game posts like this feel like they are a waste of time for everybody involved.

I'm not saying it in the sense that I don't appreciate the effort that goes into keeping a steady communication with players. That's a good thing. It's more just why put news when there isn't any? Maybe make it a post opening up a discussion or something of the sort, rather than a few small announcements? Thank you for posting regardless.
