BHE's accuracy reduction is affecting allies

I am running Garden of Fear X with BHE, Redan, Gunner Lilith and onyx son. I noticed that gunner Lilith is not stealing buffs or smites enemies at all. Might be BHE's passive backfiring. She rarely smites the dragon king in the 2nd turn. But NEVER smites any enemy in the first 4 waves. I have observed 10 battles now. With 50% chance to smite enemies per hit and 4 hits of damage, I think it definitely is a bug.

Surprised that you reported it with gunner lilith too. I wonder if it is related to that character combination.
