Where is clans!!!!

From today, I cannot enter the clans section. I did everything I could, even reset the phone, and again the clans option was locked and out of reach. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Please help me manage a clan (persians) and members need my participation.

I wasn't able to rent it since last nights reset. Of course I'm still unable to even get the game to load...

This is gonna cost them biiiiiig time, not only have they prevented us finishing event they have now disabled clans so we can’t buy anything from clan store, thanks a bunch NF
