Logged out, unable to login

I accidentally hit LOGOUT in the app, and now it won't allow me to login. I am unable to even locate a login option, so it is making me replay the intro quests. I can get out to the menu where you can select troopers, book of souls, etc, but when I go to the account screen, there is no LOGIN option.
Am I completely missing something?

Do you mean that you uninstalled the game? When you started playing did you link it to your e mail or FB account?.

This sounds like something that happened to me once.

If I remember correctly, do a fresh install (or clear the game data on your device). On the very first screen, do not hit "Start", instead look in the corners for some kind of icon (sorry, I forget what it is) and the option to log in should be there. Hope this helps...
