Raid reward frags/souls still not showing up.

I get the other currency rewards, but no frags or talisman souls appear.

Yes I've rebooted the app countless times (due to crashes).

I understand that this is primarily a cache issue.... but how does one ever get the cache to refresh if rebooting the app multiple times has no affect? I know if I were to somehow get some tribute frags, that count may update.. but, well, they aren't rewarded anywhere else. last time it took like 3 weeks to see them.

I got my raid rewards but it took 6 days for my guantlet rewards to finally appear. I would love it if we had a way that we could force a cache update.

Have manually cleared the app cache and no luck with this week tribute soul fragments turning up.... waiting...waiting....

If you have your account linked to Facebook or an email.. log out and log back in... if your account is not linked.. link it. Then log out.

Your a legend YUP. Worked a treat, looks like two weeks worth turned up.

That is a common issue. Just make sure you have a linked account before uninstalling the game or it can be awhile before CS can help recover your account.
