Problems Today (09-08-16) only with me???

the game cannot start, I mean load the icons on the screen right up, but keep loading the others thing... and nothing .... this is happening with someone else too ? any one knows when will be fixed ?

if doesn't fix after reboot your device,then follow these steps

goto app manager in your android setting,select the "legacy" ,First 'force stop' then perform 'clear cache', 'clear data'. relaunch the game.
Caution : be sure you are on wifi,it will re-download the game data,also keep your game's account/pw handy.

thanks my friend..... I tried , but it keeping load the game and nothing..... sooo I was really angry... I uninstaled the game , and reintalled ....thanks god my account is linked to facebook .... sooo I didnt lost my date.... but I think the programers team should give priority to this problems ......
by the way, I dont know if its give any light upon the problem , but I upgrade my mobile yesterday before change date....

Its Happening again.... today 23/09/2016.... 25 past midnight Brazil.... the game cannot load, it stoped at 70, 75% , and cannot finish, I already clean the cache , reinstalled the game , but nothing changed... PLEASE someone give me any help..... and Sorry for my troopers its look like that I wont be able to give you yours 25 troopers... Sorry.... 1143
