I can run Madness all day long...... I can't even get a single run to complete and recycle with Insanity. It crashes every single time after Odin dies - manual - auto... doesn't matter..

Just FYI for all: They removed the combined clan achievements and put a compensation pack in the store that awards the same value of rewards.
