How do you get a cool Eddie

I'm at level 59, 50 troopers and I play everyday. I cannot for the life of me, get an Eddie beyond classic, soldier, speed of light, mummy, and run to hills. When I finally got the legendary soul, I got a dog. :(

Any suggestions?

Rare souls assassin/gunner rare souls and some class specific souls. The chance of you getting a 4* is like 5% and the chance for a 4* eddie is like 1% and if u want the cyborg, dont even try...

People are getting them. Many of my troopers are are Samurai, Visions, Pharaoh, Carriage rider, 2 Cyborg, and a couple Rainmakers. I was just wondering how?

He's a fun character but lack AOE attacks, and his special stat is OP due to an error which allows him to perform Fury attack everytime after his 1st move...it will be corrected.

Just don't give up.. spend some of the free ironites in a 10 rare souls pack, buy rare ones with trooper badges, sooner than later surely you will get.... another Dog.. hahaha LOL

Surely you will get a nice 4* or 5* char...
