Can't buy skill evo shard

I can't buy a skill evo shard. I got more than 5000 trooper badges.

same problem since 3 weeks... I emailed Lamia 8 days ago as she said but no answer...
I also sent an email to the support but no answer... I also can't buy normal or rare assassin/gunner souls with my troopers points...

I also still can't buy Skill Shards... I had an answer from customer service yesterday : the problem is known, we have to wait... hope it will be fixed soon...

everyday I try to buy Skill Shards since 3 weeks and...
don't know if it's permanent or not but this morning I have bought 3 skill shards ! as soon as I will have enough troopers points I will try to buy another !

I think the developers need my shards to build new content :D

Can't buy evo shards? Well, now you can apparently buy xanax without a prescription. And Pecocet. Check the last 8 threads. You'll see.

I couldn't buy the skill shards or the colored rare souls. Today I sold a ton of my extra runes and shards down to one stack of each color and lvl. After that I was able to buy the colored skill shard and 3 green rare souls. So it appears that is u have too many shards and runes in your inventory it can prevent the purchasing items with your trooper points.

worked! Thanx 4 your idea! I did the same and sold runes & shards until I got only 1 stack of each colour and star.

Same here, can't buy skill evo shard and red soul but blue is ok. :/
