The game doesn't load. The following message gets displayed:



Failed to download localization data. Please try again.

It's especially great since I bought a key for FC and now can't do anything while time passes...

Just hit this one too - it seems to swap between this and "Could not load data from the network. Check your network connection and please restart the game." Needless to say I get the errors with both stable wifi and full signal 4G. Of course, I'd not long since opened my last Powerslave key and bought another mega refill so that's a waste as usual...

Of course I also tried on both WiFi and LTE - both work perfectly fine for everything else but Legacy.
And the game suggests network problems on our side as usual.

That's why Frozen is the best place for jogging (in the circumstances). Whoever says anything. When you have 8 hours, you have more room to maneuver

The Hotfix doesnīt work properly guys, isnīt loading the whole data package, you got some corrupt file or something there devs

It's not stopping everyone from getting back in. Could it be a regional thing? Is anyone from outside of Europe having this problem?

I was able to get in. Checked the store game crashed. Restart, get back in. Played a dungeon for about 45 minutes no problem. Go to store to get Sands of Time, store crashes game. So even if you have luck and can get in, can’t access store for sands, same as not being able to play...

EDIT 11:45am:

An update on the current situation:

Our CDN [Content Delivery Network] provider has identified that the issues are being caused due to a fiber cut in North America causing high latency across their network. They have informed us that this event is at the highest level of escalation and Fiber repair crews have been dispatched to sites. While they can't provide an exact time frame for the resolution we hope it will be soon and continue to monitor the situation closely.

In the meantime we are working with our redundency CDN [Content Delivery Network] providers and hopefully, they can pick up the lost bandwidth caused by this issue.
