No Raid Boss Rewards

After last reset I didn’t get any Raid Boss rewards. Waited a few days, but they didn’t show up. Sent a ticket to support, but no answer (Ticket #56213). Anyone else getting no rewards?

Something I've noticed with the Raid Boss weekly reset rewards issue:

If the rewards don't appear immediately, just waiting for them doesn't work. You need to get another reward of the same type (Ironite, Tribute Soul frags, etc.) from another source, and then they'll appear.

For example, this week I didn't see my Ironite and Tribute Soul frags show up after Monday's reset. However, when I claimed my Ironite from the Daily challenges, the Ironite for the Raid Boss rewards showed up. When I defeated Odin during a Raid Boss battle, I received Tribute Soul fragments. I checked my inventory and saw that those fragments plus the expected fragments from the weekly Raid Boss rewards were there.

It seems everyone has their own rewards schedule. Every week I receive ironite and no other items at the weekly reset of Odin. Then the rest of the rewards show up sometime the next day.

I did the same thing as last week. Opened Clan section in my Android Phone and got only Ironite. Then I went back to Cosmos and closed app normally. Then opened game on my Ipad. Rewards were there. Opened Golden soul and went back to cosmos.

It's seriously annoying that after at least a month of the feature being active rewards are STILL a problem and either don't show up or force users to jump through hoops to try and get them.

Come on devs... BE BETTER for heaven's sake.

..I got nuthin' this week.. yeah I can try uninstalling/reinstalling and they'll probably appear but for Christ's sake.. why should I have to do that???

Can't get another Gold soul easily... or at least for a week.

The way to get the rewards are to log out and log back in.

Either delete data and reinstall or obtain the same type of fragments another way works for me to clear this cache issue - for example, just open a clan common soul and you'll get the clan rare fragments for opening the soul as well as the fragments pending for achieving the raid level (if this is one of the rewards you're missing).

Every week I only get ironite from my rewards after the weekly reset. I receive the rest of my rewards about 1 hours after reset. I sent a ticket for the first week. After that I just wait and they appear.

Rewards pop up doesn’t work, rewards don’t display correctly or at all... but best believe the constant in app purchase pop up work perfectly and consistently.
