I have bought every thing I can with vanquisher souls. I have 3000 left. I can't convert them as they loop. Seems like i'm just stuck with them. What's going on devs?

Let me ask a little related question here:
what if someone has leftover 2 fragments of some old soul that is no longer available? The "Convert" button doesn't work in this case. I'm stuck with some ancient useless frags.

they don't convert, they loop

Are you trying to CLAIM them or to CONVERT them? The former will put you in an infinite loop, yes, but the latter should work, that is unless you have too little of them - the convert button doesn't work then as I mentioned earlier.
