Didn't received raid rewards

I didn't received the raid rewards for level SS.
Where is the silver medal soul and all the rest?

Problem solved. I logged out and in and then I got all rewards.
Very strange reward development...

Iced, this has happened to myself and several clanmates. I have reinstalled the game each time and the rewards appear. Just make sure your account is linked to either FB or email or you will be locked out of the game.

So i have to reinstall the App every monday? I would prefer a fix or smth.

I would also like a fix. If you want the rewards you need to reinstall, it takes a few minutes. You should receive all your past rewards.

Mostly it solves by just loging out and loging in again. No need to reinstall (mostly), but yes its just a workaround.

Iced earth has logged out many times over several weeks and hasn't received raid rewards. Reinstalling might be his only option. The other option is wait on CS.

Tap your user square in the upper left corner of the game HUD.

But.. if you've reinstalled, don't you have it already linked to something so you can log in again after installation?

Okay i reinstalled the App. I got rewards from this week but from the last two not. And the ironite is missing too from the rewards

I usually got the ironite every week but not the rewards, then I wait or do this log -out-in- thing and the rewards pop up. Maybe you got your ironite in time already (not the rest of the rewards tho) and you didn´t notice?

Iced, when you receive frags from raid rewards you do not get the notification dot that you received them. They do not get highlighted and moved to the front of the list in the BoS. Many have noticed that as you do Odin battles and earn frag rewards the missing frags are added the first time you earned that specific frag reward. Unless you pay close attention to the frag inventory you may have received the frags. The souls are easier to notice if you are missing them.

You also **MUST** enter the clan screen before any rewards are granted.

Typically I have to...

Load the app.. (can take 20 minutes if close to rollover)
go to the Clan Hub.. (can take another 20 minutes if close to rollover)
watch all the banners...
still shocked the Raid boss returned after we kicked his ass so handily..
leave the Clan hub..
log out..
log in.. (can take another 20 minutes if close to rollover)
rewards are present.
