Where to get Occult Awakening Shards? Is there any ingame info or do we got a thread for these resources?
I lost the overview for all the stuff. Sry, but it's damn too much of it all.
Downsizing pls!

I think they sell occult shard durring sacrifice events, using alchemist frags as currency.

I have a feeling (no evidence) that occult shards may drop from the new frontier dungeon, but I have no idea or certainty that this is the case.
Lots of PvP crashing....
In fact, since this update there are crashes all over the place. In areas that used to never crash.. PvP.. Skull Quests.. ANY dungeon....
Trying to run 7 skull quests... 3 crashes... prior to the update skull quests NEVER crashed the app and my SQ team hasn't changed 1 iota.
And I literally can not run BNW X even ONCE. Crash every single run. (GOL,GOD, GOF doesn't matter.. crashes after victory screens EVERY time)
It would seem the poor stability of this app will do more to drive me away than anything. It appears as those devs don't WANT me to be playing. Because as of now.. I'm spending more time waiting for the app to relaunch than anything else.

What device are you running? If EVERYTHING is always crashing for you and not everyone else, I think it might be time to look at what you can do to address the situation.
I've uninstalled reinstalled... wiped the device clean and reinstalled only the OS and this app...
Note that Monday.. things worked for the most part (other than a couple specific frontier dungeons).. then the update on Tuesday..... now everything crashes regularly. Mid-battle in PvP which has never happened before.. and then at the victory cinematics for just about ANY dungeon. -- It's at the cinematics.. so it's not like I'm doing anything specific.
The device IS supported otherwise Apple would deny the download. So it's either my account has issues or the app has issues. Neither of which I can correct here. Iv'e done everything I can do short of spending $500 on a new device (which might NOT solve the issue either).

Just because a device is listed as supported doesn't mean the phone can actually run in it. All that it means is that a straight from the factory device with nothing else besides the app and factory defaults can run it (according to the developer). No amount of wiping or reinstalling will change that
Now yes, it's possible there is some poor coding that could be addressed that would fix your specific account but unless a whole bunch of other users start complaining of the same issues, I'm going to hope the developers focus on the larger issues that are affecting everybody.
I'm not saying that it sucks that you can't play a game that you gave a lot of money to (3 fully maxed cosmic liliths is quite the feat of ironite) but since the devs aren't doing anything to resolve your issue, I was simply pointing out there are other solutions you can look into.

Your comments regarding crashes are littered throughout the forum, and sometimes you appear to be the only one who doing so. Perhaps it is time to stop pointing fingers and consider that your device is the root of your problems.
Don't get me wrong, I understand the frustration. I was in a similar situation myself (constant crashing, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, wiping the device and reformatting...) but the device was simply too far gone. It happens. All it took was a new tablet (I scored a Samsung Galaxy on the cheap), and have not had any sort of significant issues since then.
$500 for a new tablet? Them's Apple prices. You could get your hands on a decent android tablet for around $100, then just dedicate it to only playing this game (for less wear-and-tear over time).
Seriously, the game itself tests my patience, and dealing with a problem device just makes it that much more tempting to give up entirely. Give yourself a break here, and take the plunge on a new device - you will be glad you did...
All that it means is that a straight from the factory device with nothing else besides the app and factory defaults can run it (according to the developer).
This is EXACTLy what I stated I did.. I wiped EVERYTHING back to factory defaults, reinstall of the OS.. removal of ALL user preferences or settings... and ONLY installed this app.... Nothing more.

No, dude, it's your phone. To date, you've made 4,186 posts on these forums, 2,367 of which have been complaints about the game crashing. The common denominator is you.
like I posted.. it's either my account which I can't fix.. or the app.
I am NOT the only user experiencing constant crashing on iOS.. I am perhaps the most vocal about it. I post about it repeated because devs don't seem to give a shit about it.. I hope at some point they'll address the iOS instability.
Sorry, I won't accept it's "me" especially after a factory reset and new installation.
Again.. Monday.. the app was 99% playable.. After the Tuesday update it now crashes in areas it has never crashed before. The entire app went to shit with the March 2019 update and it's never gotten better -- they just keep repushing the same issue.

Yup, it’s probably your device. I am on iOS as well, snagged a pretty much brand new iPhone XR for $200, and the game works fine, besides the occasional hiccup on the games side, which the devs get to when they can.

New device? bluestacks?
You can instead of buying everything in the game first for 1 or 2 events and got the money for the device and have a normal game experience

Have you tried borrowing a friend's iOS device, installing the game, and trying your account? How can you say it isn't a hardware problem when you've never tried another device?

You seemed to have missed that just because the developer says the device should work doesn't mean that there won't be quirks for that device. Plus even with a pure factory reset that doesn't magically make the internals of the phone suddenly behave brand new. That wear and tear is still there.
Like I said, it sucks when you can't play but sometimes we have to as players work on fixing things on our end.
I have more than 1 device...
...but you all go ahead and defend the poor coding by the devs.. I mean after all it's great Android users can tell iOS users things are okay..
If you aren't on iOS you really have no clue what you are posting about. You realize the same app is NOT the same code for Android and iOS, right?

I play in both IOS and Android and I've never had a single crash like you, yes, I have some connection errors like everybody but those are the normal when the servers crashed last month, other than that, the game runs smoothly on my devices
Well in any event new devices are actually on the way.. but I HIGHLY suspect that won't fix the crashing issues.

If new devices end up fixing the issues, I pinky swear I won't make fun of you or say "I told you so!"
If new devices fix the issue.. make fun all you want.
I've seriously done EVERYTHING I can here. I'm really not some techno-noob and would never complain about all the crashing without first doing everything I could do.
f it's a device issue.. then it's VERY odd and specific to the specific devices.
------------
Just for giggles I'm trying to load it on an iPad 3.. which is like uh.. maybe 6 years old... and largely unsupported by Apple any more. It's taking forever to download the 800mb of data... but we'll see :)
Note it crashes on my "newer" devices.. so....
And I don't have the "brand new" devices yet.. they are in shipping.
----------------------
Edit.. nope Mystic night dungeon crashes almost immediately before battle begins on the old iPad3. But I sort of expected that.
But then.. it's crashing in the same place for newer devices.
I, quite literally, can not run the Mystic dungeon even once. It takes the SOT.. waits 2 minutes, then crashes while characters are in the air bouncing at the start of the first battle....

I can attest to a new iOS device making all the difference. I was on a iPad 4, iOS 10something (highest that model would upgrade to) and it was crashing in all aspects of game. PvP, switching/enhancing talismans, victory animation, if someone used me as a trooper pop up, etc. once 2019 Black Friday iPad 7 was on sale, ive had zero crashes, just the server load times issues.
My primary devise is an iPad Air (first Gen) and it's running iOS 12.x and can't go to iOS 13...so maybe it's the OS.
Still you'd THINk they'd check at least the last 2 iOS versions.

I mean, you are running a device that hasn't been supported (by Apple) in almost a year. So yeah, definitely not on the devs.
The only mistake they made was failing to update their supported device list.
Well the device may be older, but it's only 1 step behind in terms of the OS its running. I don't think it's too unreasonable to expect some "freemium" app to run on last year's operating system.

I have a samsung A series phone, and a 2 year old kindle fire tablet and the game works fine on both devices. (Both android).
well.. like always.. they seem to care less about iOS.
Technology stuff is funny with people...
If someone were to post "My 2019 Dodge Charger keeps breaking down"... I wouldn't post "Well my 2019 Mustang is running fine, so it must be you."
Y'all do realize that Android and iOS are **not** the same app, right? It's coded for one OS then PORTED to the other OS. My guess is its ported to iOS. Porting is pretty much always less reliable and needs extra consideration... and as posted, clearly these devs think of iOS as largely secondary. That's been reflected in pretty much all updates.
Point is.. they've essentially cut off a large demographic. Which is fine, if that's what they want. If users can't play in events then remind me.. what's the point of this app? This maybe the death nail for me where LOTB is concerned. Events where the ONLY option available is to purchase frags because dungeons are completely unplayable... well.. that's just silly.

Yes I realize that they are different software. The point you are missing is that your hardware is old. Your analogy is completely off base. More accurate would be my 1967 vehicle is having trouble running using a 2019 engine.
But the OS is not that old.. less than 6 months.. so your point is moot.
I would concede if the OS itself was 2 or 3 iterations back, but it's not. It's ONE.
Not everyone is using the latest device.. some of us don't rush out to replace hardware every time there's a new version. As I posted elsewhere, new devices are actually on the way.. but even so.. why load a "freemium" app at all if it DEPENDS on the OS being no more than 6 months old???

I only play on an iPad Air 2. I don’t have any crashes in the game. Ran 3 keys of event dungeon 6 hours straight no crashes.
So I have to agree it’s not an iOS general problem but an older version of iOS or your iPad. Get a new android so you don’t have to wait an extra six hours after every update release. Other than that, game runs well on my iPad.

Once more: I'm not talking about your OS, I'm talking about your hardware. YOUR DEVICE is the old thing. Once a device is no longer supported (again hardware not software) expecting any freemium app to still waste time developing for it is a fool's errand. I could pull out my first smart phone from nearly 10 years ago and put the newest OS on there, that wouldn't suddenly increase the processing power of that device. It still has the technical limitations from when it was originally manufactured. And honestly that's a bar that probably wouldn't be reached because parts degrade.
A lot of those crashes you've described are ones that happen when the game needs to do some more intense calculations. It wouldn't surprise me that there is a fail safe in either your device, OS, or the app itself that force closes when the processing surpasses the limits.
I'm not one to stand on false pretenses and not admit when I'm wrong....I will concede.. device age does indeed seem to matter.
I CAN'T really run the Shadow of Death dungeon on the older iPad. I mean it runs, but crashes almost with about every other run - or crashes at victory screens so the run counts but app has to be relaunched every run. I had to completely skip the Mystic dungeon event because I couldn't even get 1 run, heck the first BATTLE wouldn't complete there without a crash.
Brand new iPhone today... Shadow of Death dungeon is currently auto-running with zero crashing .....
New iPad arrives later today, but I'd expect that to run this app better as well.
It's merely a shame that they don't make the "low" quality setting more applicable to older devices. The reality is I can't really see any difference in the "quality" settings other than Mercenaries Mark of Diablo doesn't show on "low". I just HAPPEN to be inline for device updates since it had been a few years. But I would never have updated a device for this app alone.
------------
Edit. new iPad seems to run dungeons flawlessly as well.

Good to read that your new devices finally solved your problems.
Yeah a day and a half auto-farming shadow of death not a single crash. In fact, no crashes or freezes whatsoever. Much smoother experience overall.

Glad to hear all your woes may at last disappear for good, Yup. Other than the server issues, which plague everyone. I’ve thought for sometime you were due for some upgraded devices.
