Bug or intentional?

I was looking for strategies to get the Airstrip achievement to get the frags of the current event and I run into these

I don't know if it's a bug in the strat system or said players used some kind of glitch, but I wanted to show you that I'm not gone crazy yet

If you place your Eddie in the second or third slot.. and run troopers.... the Trooper Eddie will run the dungeon.... That's how you get those teams... note that it's the Eddie most of the time. The other characters are all correct for the restriction... The Odin in the last one must have been a Trooper's Odin...
