cosmic talisman or bugged toon?

So i haven't been paying too close attention to the talismans lately since to get some u have to be in a clan but did a revenge battle against Eiryuu and somehow his darkstar clairvoyant had nilfheim and gate talismans equipped, did one of these 4 or 5-set talis get a cosmic version?

Yes. Gates and Siege are the cosmics for frags in the *current* event.
