Anyone else experiencing a Bug with an Odin from Clan God Soul???

2 purple stars, awaken to 3 purples.. leave My Team
7 Deadly Sins appears, awakening not saved.
Odin is back at 2 purple stars. Gold replenished.

2 purple stars, awaken to 3 purple stars
Awaken to 4 purple stars.. leave My Team
7 Deadly Sins appears, awakening not saved.
Odin is back at 2 purple stars. Gold Replenished.

In My team fresh.. upgrade any talisman or any other character.. leave My Team.
All upgrades save. Gold is gone.

In My Team Fresh, Upgrade any other talisman or character...

Note that gold gets replenished when the 7 deadly sins appears.
So I'm not losing gold when the awakening doesn't save.
But that's also an indicator that upgrades aren't saving.

Seems to ONLY be happening with this M Odin I got from a Clan God Soul.

The seven sin screen error has been occurring for weeks. It's not just for awakenings, but it has occurred while dropping souls, upgrading souls and talisman and trying to purchase several items. Whenever the seven sins screen appears the transaction does not take.

I think 7 deadly sins is caused by connection/sync failure. Game status is corrupted and you need to restart the game.

I've restarted a number of times.

I only mention it because it is directly repeatable here. Given the steps above.

It's the ONLY time I see the 7 deadly sins and it happens EVERY time I try and awaken this Odin further.
Of note, I've awakened an Executioner without any issue.

I can accept that it may be a connection failure of some sort.. but in my case it seems tied to the Odin specifically. Everything else upgrades/operates as expected.

SOLVED:

Restarting didn't help.. so I logged out and then logged back in.

I found the Odin actually at 3 purple stars... and awakened him to 4 purples. That seemed to save.

So it appears it was some sort of cache issue where he was at 3 purples on the server, just not in my app. And that dichotomy seemed to be creating issues.

Of course now my "Store" is whacky.. showing items I can't purchase as purchasable. So I had to restart again to get that to sort properly.

I don't know if it's feasible, but it would be helpful is restarting the app reloaded the cache the same way logging out/in does. This isn't the only issue where a logout/in is the solution.. clan raid rewards often require a logout/in to see.

Just to be sure but I understood the only way to get these clan god soul fragments is through spending ironites, am I right?

At the moment yes, they indicated frags will be earnabe in the future
