Hard crashes

Is anyone experiencing hard crashes? I keep crashing 2 to 3 times a day. I've emptied my cache and everything and it still is hard crashing. Had to keep an eye on the game just to see if i'd get booted throughout the recent trooper event. Anybody got a solution?:confused:

I'll get the occasional hard crash during peak times (reset, before reset when arena/gauntlet/raids are also resetting). Server disconnects are still all over the place.

I mean upgraded the hardware.. newer devices.. the OS didn't make any difference. Since I got new devices, I've not had a single crash. Connectivity issues, mostly around rollover, but no crashes.

Ive had much less crashes and server errors for several weeks now. Others have mentioned continued issues though, so not sure. Lately to try to minimize any potential performance impacts during important events, like 1 hour keys, I've started shutting down other running apps, and clearing all app caches & memory, lowered the in-game quality setting, etc, right before I start, and that seems to be helping with glitchiness/stability in the game. Ymmv.

The connection issues have continued, but not as bad as before the so called fix. I have averaged 6 conection issues per trooper key. I've had maybe 4 hard crashes in the last week. I have had to reinstall the game for the last 5 for 6 weeks to recieve my raid rewards. After the reinstall the game takes 1.8 GB data, before each reinstall the game was taking more than 2.5 GB. I am using an S9 galaxy so my phone isnt obsolete.

Had one today in the eternal dungeon while fighting Beelzebub. I don't think it was team/talisman issues as I had been using this team for quite a while in that dungeon without anything close to an issue.

Yes, I lost twice to a team in grade A. It was awful, a very easy one. I stopped playing Gauntlet since.

I know that my Android 7.1 has something to do with this but it's funny to see that more people are having the same crashing issues.

Edit: crashes stopped a few hours later.
