Crush the Lord of Light for Soul Fragments to earn a guaranteed 4⭐ character!

From now until August 13th, 5 PM PT, each battle in the Lord of Light dungeons has a chance of dropping Siren Corsair Soul Fragments. Collect 200 and you can redeem them in the Book of Souls’ Fragments screen for your very own 4⭐Warrior Thelxiepia, Siren Corsair!

The Siren joins the cast as a new 4⭐Warrior in Legacy of the Beast. This wayward spirit sails the seven seas looking for adventure and new conquests! She passively applies effects to increase her efficiency in battle and lures her opponents to their doom by Taunting them and inflicting negative effects like Bleed, Lower Power Generation and Defense Down.

Normally, when the fragments drop, you’ll earn 5 or 10 fragments, but if you’re lucky, you could earn 50 fragments from one battle, so don’t be afraid of that 200 requirement! Players who battle in Lord of Light Floors 11-15 will also be able to earn greater amounts of Siren Corsair Fragments (10, 20 or 50) at an increased drop rate! Additionally, you can earn as many Siren Corsair Souls as you can collect the fragments for, so feel free to grab some extras for your next big Sacrifice!

This Fragment event will also feature 4 Event Challenges which will reward a variety of items including XP Shards, Frontier Keys and Shipwrecked Fragments.

Shipwrecked Fragments are the event currency of our overarching Sea of Lost Souls event that is running through August.

The Cosmic Musashi Talisman provides an exclusive bonus when equipped to Musashi. This Talisman increases Musashi's stats in battle, and reduces incoming damage. It also makes Musashi immune to all negative effects, including innate and unblockable stun, permadeath, taunt, and skill disabling effects. This Talisman will also grant Perfect Hit and HP Regen to all allies and grant an extra turn to a random ally if any enemy is inflicted with Smite or Ignite every action.

Lilith Soul Fragments are available from all floors of the Lord of Light dungeons! Lilith Soul Fragments are a recurring fragment that is periodically featured in events, and may require you to collect them from multiple events in order to have enough to redeem a soul. Collect 500 for a guaranteed 5⭐ Lilith!
All Lord of Light dungeons will also have a 3x chance of dropping Rare Souls! Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get more Rare Souls while getting your guaranteed 4⭐ character!

Get a FREE 10 Siren Fragments to start you off!
Pick up the Dead Sea Pack! This bundle contains Magus Awakening Shards, Gold, Ironite, Frontier Coins and 6 Nautical Awakening Shards! It also contains a T2 Gold Cosmic Talisman with a Nightmare set-effect. This effect will give Perfect Basic Attacks a 35% Chance to inflict Perfect Sleep on targets for 1 turn.

Past Talismans are green talismans with a 3 set effect that is not available anywhere else! Equip them to gain DEF and MR Charge for the duration of battle. This set also gives DEF and MR UP to each ally for 2 turns every action, and has a 50% Chance to Remove all Invincibility and Damage Type Block Effects each action. Past Talismans revive the wearer with full HP and grant DEF and MR Charge to all allies for the duration of battle upon death.

The T2 Gold Cosmic Talisman with the Zone set effect gives the wearer the Zone Eater Skill. This skill does the following:

Deals random damage to all enemies.
Inflicts Exhaust, Curse, or Silence on each enemy for 5 turns or Doom for 2 turns.
Grant an Extra Turn to self and a random ally.



Please note that after the conclusion of this event, collecting more Siren Corsair Fragments will not be possible, but any extras you have can be converted to Precious Soul Fragments. Additionally, this character is not available in any other souls, so if you miss your chance to recruit this ally, it may be a very long time until you get another chance!

Just looking at the new toon ability descriptions. Holy crap, can you make these new characters any more convoluted! It'll take a month to read and figure out how to use them lol. Thelxiepia is bad, and look at Vesper, Woman in uniform, see below. Ridiculous :)

ROULETTE ROUNDS(Present Basic Attack)

• Deal 2 hits of physical and true damage to a single target that increases based on your ATK and MISSING HP.
• Remove All Increased Stat and Critical Strike Chance effects, including Golden and Innate effects, from the target. This effect cannot remove default Stat Increase effects from Bespoke Cosmic Talismans and does not apply to bosses.
• Grant HP Regen to all allies for 2 turns and inflict Unblockable Stun on the target for 1 turn if Time Bomb effects are active on self.
• Gain a 4 Hit Innate Force Shield for 2 turns if Time Bomb effects are not active on self.
• Inflict Time Bomb on self or the target for 3 turns per hit.

• Deal 2 hits of physical and true damage to all enemies based on your ATK and MISSING HP.
• Remove All Beneficial Effects, including Golden effects, from all enemies and Transfer All Negative Effects, including Silver effects, from self to each enemy before dealing damage. Heal each ally for 25% of their MAX HP if a negative effect was removed this way.
• Inflict Exhaust on all enemies for 1 turn.
• Extend Negative Effect Duration on all enemies by 1.


SWEET SURRENDER
(Passive)

Immune to all Negative Effects, except Time Bomb, Perfect Time Bomb, Taunt, Silence, Perfect Silence and Seal. Reduce all damage taken by 75% for 1 turn if Time Bomb effects are not active on self at the start of battle and at the start of your turn. Your first action each turn gains Innate 100% Armor Penetration and 100% Increased Damage if Time Bomb effects are active on self at the start of battle and at the start of your turn. Extend Negative Effect Duration on self and all enemies by 1 if Time Bomb effects are active on self after every action. This skill can only be countered by Passive Disable applied at the start of battle.

Lore and Speculation:
Thelxiepeia was the name of one of the sirens in Greek mythology, along with Parthenope, Peisinoe, Aglaopheme, Ligeia and Leucosia. They're perhaps most well known from the tale of Odysseus, who had his crew block their ears and tie him to his ship's mast so they could safely pass by the sirens without falling prey to their alluring song. Six names is just begging for a full six-character cycle.

You are being really tight with the frag conversion for C Lilith, not only she was released really long ago, but getting the frags can get you another 5/6 months easy... Long term goals for toons in this game doesn´t work anymore. The relation between time and resources spent and the usefulness of toon once you get it is just not good. Plus we got spare souls fragments from the previous one...

At least there is a way to have her, thanks for that finally. Hope you put her frags in more events and not only these ones.

She's one of the very few characters I got duplicates of during her initial event and I still have all the duplicates. With the dropping of Apocalypse talismans, and the nerf she got a couple months ago, she's SLIGHTLY less useful.. but still well worth it in my opinion.

Ya, this event seems especially crappy. Spent over 1k ironite so far grinding lolx, xi, xii, and only have 1675 frags + the crappy toon. Is the frag drop rate even worse now? At this rate it'll cost me 2k to get the musachi t3 alone, and no ironite back. What a great event. Hope this isn't the new norm :mad:

I'm not "laughing out loud" tbh, I don't recall the rewards being THIS bad!

It might be a bad idea to farm for shards in lol dungeon as the reward pool is diluted with the added lillith and siren frags. Unless those frags are IN ADDITION to regular rewards, I don’t know the answer

Just a remainder to devs - Only Bulwark type of light talismans drops from LOL dungeons. It would be cool to see other subtypes dropping. Every other frontier dungeon drops multiple subtypes of talismans.

Anyone else having their achievements not counted? I did an ultimate sacrifice, several exalted, and 2 vortex. The exalted did not register, the ultimate did not register. only one vortex counted, and I also spent over 1000 telaxia warrior siren fragments that did not count either.

I had an ultimate not count for the clan challenge and this is the fourth event in a row where challenges aren't counting properly.

So I see that there's a server restart 1.5 hrs before the end of this event.

REALLY???

A short 3 day event and you effectively cut it off early with a server restart (which are never only 5 minutes - more like at least 30 minutes, usually longer).

This is on top of the fact that as soon as the sac event started the servers were lagging and at midnight PST the servers just totally died.

I understand fixing bugs and the like, but this timing stinks.
